To access Manage Sales Activities, click on Manage Sales Activities.
Accounts
Adding a Account
Under Account Information, the mandatory field is Account Name and is denoted with an asterisk.
In this section, you are able to enter contact information of the account such as name, phone number, fax number, website address and company type.
Address information allows you to fill in the location of the account.
Additional information lets you select the verticals the account plays in and the Description text box lets you provide more details on the account.

Editing the Account
Editing an account allows you to change anything about the account such as its name, contact information and company type.
Once you make your changes, click on Update and the information will be updated and will take you back to the Summary page of that account.
If you decide not to edit the account, click on 'Cancel' and you will be brought back to the Summary page of that account. You have the option to edit the account again or return back to the Listings page.
Saving the Account
Once you have filled out the account information, you have three choices:
- Save: Will save the entered data and will bring you to the Summary page of the account.
- Save and New: Will save the entered data and return you to the same page so you add another new account.
- Cancel: Won't save the information and return you to the Listings page.
Summary page/Viewing the Account
In this section, you are able to view the full details of the account like who created it. In this area, you can either edit the account or return back to the Listings page.
